The WOOL Publishing is a 2012 established regional publisher in Schmallenberg in the Sauerland . The head of the publishing house is Herrmann-Josef Hoffe.
The publishing house emerged from the regional magazine WOLL, first published in 2011 - words, places, country and people . The WOLL magazine published by the publisher now has several regional editions, each covering parts of the Sauerland: Arnsberg , Meschede , Warstein and Schmallenberg.
In addition to the magazine, the publisher primarily publishes books with a regional reference. He works with the Christine Koch Society on individual works . He has also been self-publishing since 2015. The authors published by WOLL Verlag include Hans Fröhlich , Helena Fromm , Peter Kracht , Hellmut Lemmer , Kurt Wasserfall and Andreas Sturm .
