The juniper area near Demerath is a nature reserve in the Vulkaneifel district in Rhineland-Palatinate . The approximately 1.3 hectare area is located in the far south of the demarcation of the local community Demerath .

The area was originally placed under protection as early as 1935 as the "juniper reserve near Demerath".
