The Dresden 4 constituency was a state electoral district for the Saxon state elections in 1994 and 1999 . It had constituency number 45. In 1994, the constituency area comprised the Dresden local offices of Leuben without Dobritz-Süd, Prohlis without the districts of Leubnitz-Neuostra , Strehlen and Reick and the local office of Loschwitz . For the 1999 state elections, the community of Bannewitz of the then Weißeritz district was added.
