The Schwarzenberg constituency was a state electoral district for the state elections in Saxony in 1990 , the first state election after the re-establishment of the state of Saxony. Its constituency number was 72. For the state elections in 1994 , the constituency structure was changed as a result of the district reform, and the number of constituencies was reduced from 80 to 60. The area of the Schwarzenberg constituency became part of the Westerzgebirge 2 constituency .
The constituency comprised the following communities and towns in the Schwarzenberg district : Antonsthal , Beierfeld , Bermsgrün , Breitenbrunn / Erzgeb. , Erla , Erlabrunn , Grünhain , Grünstädtel , Johanngeorgenstadt , Markersbach , Pöhla , Raschau , Rittersgrün , Schwarzenberg / Erzgeb. , Tellerhäuser , Waschleithe .
