Weberstrasse 2 (Quedlinburg)
The house Weberstrasse 2 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the northern part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. The house Weberstrasse 1 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the south and Weberstrasse 3 to the north .
Architecture and history
The large three-storey half - timbered house was built after dating back to 1697. The asymmetrical arrangement of two small houses on top of the house is striking . The second floor below also protrudes to different degrees in the left and right parts of the building. There is also a bay window on the left, southern side . The half-timbered facade has lavishly decorated floor and roof thresholds. There are pyramid beam heads, profiled filler wood, parapet struts and ship throats . The compartments are provided with decorative lining.
Around 1900 shops were installed on the ground floor.
