action

Frank Warren participates in a robbery that steals multi-million dollar diamonds. His accomplices Sam and Noelle betray him and Frank goes to jail.

Every inmate in prison wears an electronic collar. The belts are electronically coupled in pairs; if one inmate moves more than 100 meters away from the others, both tapes explode. It is kept secret who is linked to whom.

Warren finds out that his collar is paired with Tracy Riggs' collar. Warren and Riggs flee together. It turns out that the prison director facilitated the escape because he wants to get to the hidden diamonds. Warren tricked him and gave him a suitcase with money, which also contained the explosives of one of the collars that have now been rendered harmless. He gives the second part of the explosives to his former partner hidden in a bunch of keys. When she finally triggers a remote detonator - assuming it kills both of them - she blows up the director's helicopter and herself.
