Weißenbach is a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Lunz am See in the Scheibbs district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 41 building areas with 14,289 m² and 25 gardens on 16,867 m² in the cadastral community Weißenbach , in 1989/1990 there were 39 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 98 and in 2009/2010 there were 76 buildings on 120 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 129 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 396 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 116 hectares and 403 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 109 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 407 hectares. Weißenbach's average soil climate is 18.6 (as of 2010).
