Wenke Brüdgam

Wenke Brüdgam (born November 19, 1984 in Rostock ) is a German politician ( PDS , Die Linke ). Together with Torsten Koplin , she has been chairman of the state executive committee of the party Die Linke , of which she has been a member since 2010. Since 2009 she has been a member of the district council of the district of Northern Pomerania and the district of Western Pomerania-Rügen .

Life

Wenke Brüdgam passed her Abitur at the Richard-Wossidlo-Gymnasium in Ribnitz-Damgarten in 2004 . She then began a bachelor's degree in political science and public law at the University of Rostock . She completed this with her thesis Gender Mainstreaming in Education in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . Brüdgam then took up the Magistra-Artium degree in Political Science and Modern History of Europe and completed this with the thesis Political Debates on Transformation Processes in Education Policy in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania since 2000 .

Volunteering committed Wenke Brüdgam as juror at the District Court, as chairman of a school council, parents in various agencies as well as in a sports club.

Wenke Brüdgam is married and has two children.
