Viktor Nikolajewitsch Schamburkin ( Russian Виктор Николаевич Шамбуркин ; born October 12, 1931 in Leningrad , † May 11, 2018 in Moscow ) was a Soviet sports shooter and Olympic champion.
At the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome, he won the gold medal in the small - bore three-position battle . Four years later he finished ninth in the three-position fight at the Olympic Games in Tokyo , and in the prone position he reached 21st place.
