Viktor Alexejewitsch Vlasow ( Russian Виктор Алексеевич Власов ; born June 11, 1951 in Moscow , Russian SFSR ) is a former Soviet sports shooter .

Viktor Vlasov, who was active for CSKA Moscow , took part in the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow with a small-bore rifle in a three-position battle. With a total of 1173 points, he set a new world record and was Olympic champion ahead of Bernd Hartstein and Sven Johansson .

In Caracas , Vlasov was world champion three times with the small-bore team in 1982 . He secured the team title in the three-position fight as well as in the lying and standing attack. In the kneeling position he won silver with the team and bronze with the standard rifle in the three-position battle. In the individual competitions in the three-position fight and in the recumbent attack, Vlasov also took third place. The following year he was also third with the air rifle team in Innsbruck . Wlassow won his fourth world championship title in Suhl in 1984 with the small-bore team kneeling. In addition, he secured silver with her in three-position combat and in the standing position as well as with the standard rifle in three-position combat.
