Viktor Wassiljowitsch Passulko ( Ukrainian Віктор Васильович Пасулько , Russian Виктор Васильевич Пасулько * 1. January 1961 in Ilnyzja , Zakarpattia Oblast , Ukrainian SSR ) is a retired Soviet football player and football coach .

Passulko played in lower-class Ukrainian clubs in his youth. In 1982 he moved to Chornomorets Odessa . The fourth place in the 1984 season was the best placement that Passulko could achieve with this club. In 1986 he moved to Spartak Moscow and was with this team in 1987 and 1989 Soviet champions.

For the Soviet national team Passulko played a total of eight times. He was twice used during the European Championship in 1988 , in the group game against England he scored a goal.

In 1990 Passulko moved to Germany and played until 1993 for Fortuna Cologne in the second division and then until 1996 for Eintracht Braunschweig in the second division, in the Oberliga and in the Regionalliga Nord. In the following years he played for ASV Durlach , Bonner SC and FC Junkersdorf in lower-class German leagues. In 2000 he ended his career as an active player.

Passulko coached the Moldovan national team from 2002 to 2005 . After engagements in Azerbaijan with Khazar Lenkoran and Uzbekistan with Shortan Guzar , he coached FC Junkersdorf in the 2007/2008 season . In 2010 he worked for the Kazakh first division club FK Atyrau . Then Passulko was the coach of the Kazakh club Ordabassy Shymkent . With this team, he won the Kazakh Football Cup in 2011 . Since October 2015 he has been the coach of the Luxembourg second division club FC Rodingen 91 . In May 2017 he returned to Kazakhstan to join Oqschetpes Kokschetau .
