geography
course
The torrent rises from the "Seven Sources" near Seffent . Immediately behind it, the Dorbach flows into the torrent , which, however, only carries water irregularly, as it is now fed from the overflow of the Rabental flood retention basin . The torrent then flows through Laurensberg , where it touches an ecologically designed rainwater retention basin, and the Soers and finally flows into the Wurm . This makes it part of the Rur river system .
