Wilhelm Neese

Wilhelm Karl Max Neese (pseudonym: Horst Klausner ) (born March 10, 1879 in Waren (Müritz) , † March 13, 1950 in Schwerin ) was a German lawyer and writer .

Life

Born as the son of a teacher, Neese was a member of the General Low German Association as a student . From 1901 to 1905 he studied law in Rostock , Leipzig and Berlin . During his studies he became a member of the Redaria Rostock fraternity in 1901 . After 1905 trainee had become, he performed from 1905 to 1906 his military service in Lübeck from 1910 was followed by the Great state examination and its promotion to Dr. iur. in Rostock.

He became a lawyer and notary in Malchow , before moving to a ministry in Schwerin as Secretary of State in 1911 . He took part in the First World War from 1914 to 1916. He was Vice Sergeant in the Landwehr Infantry Regiment No. 76. In 1919 he became a member of the government and in 1929 a senior government member in the Mecklenburg State Library in Schwerin. He was a member of the RDB . Neese was one of the leaders of the Low German Guild in Schwerin and co-founder of the Low German state association Mecklenburg-Lübeck . In 1925 he was one of the founders of the Low German Stage in Wismar . He wrote mainly Low German literature. His folklore articles can be found in the Rostocker Anzeiger , the Warener Tageblatt , the Mecklenburger Zeitung , the Schweriner Niederdeutscher Beobachter and in the Mecklenburg monthly magazine . Some of his plays have been performed, among others at the Niederdeutsche Bühne Hamburg and the Staatstheater Schwerin .

On May 1, 1933 , he became a member of the NSDAP (membership number: 2.815.709). He also belonged to the NSV and the NSRB and was a block warden in the RLB .
