Wilhelmstrasse 52 (Heilbronn)
The house Wilhelmstraße 52 is a historic building in Heilbronn , which is a listed building.
description
The building was built in 1898/1901 as a residential and commercial building. The Heilbronn architect August Dederer provided the designs . The three-storey building is structured by three window axes with twin windows, whereby the central window axis is particularly emphasized. This is done through a central gable and in the middle of the facade through a two-story bay window crowned with a balcony. Elaborate handcrafted building sculpture can be seen on the parapet fields of the piano nobile , in the curved gable and the attic .
In 1950, the house belonged to master locksmith Wilhelm Hauß, who had his workshop at Wilhelmstrasse 52/1. Laundry Pemsel used the business premises on the ground floor, while the shoemaker Eugen Kübel had his workshop in the basement. In 1961 the pediatrician Werner Sauer had his practice on the first floor.
