The house Wilhelmstrasse 7 in Heilbronn is a listed building.

history

The house was built in 1842 under Adolf Goppel . In 1861 it was acquired by Adolf Otto and sold to Max Rosengart in 1892 . The house has belonged to the city of Heilbronn since 1937. In 1950 it housed the offices of the Social Welfare Office, the War Welfare Office and the Tax Office. In 1961 only the social welfare office was housed in it. Today the building is part of the Technical Town Hall .

The house, which was designed by Louis de Millas , has a staircase extension from 1870 on the back of the house. Louis de Millas also designed the courtyard buildings belonging to the house, such as the former laundry room and the wooden shelf . The ornamental framework and the bay windows of the courtyard buildings date from 1889.
