Wilhelm "Willy" Herman Conrad Enno Rösingh (born December 2, 1900 in Amsterdam ; † June 5, 1976 ibid) was a Dutch rower and Olympic champion.

Willy Rösingh won the silver medal in the four with a helmsman behind the boat from Switzerland at the European Championships in 1923 together with Teun Beijnen , PM Duyvis, MMC Posno and MO Davis . The following year Rösingh and Beijnen won together with helmsman CJA van Lummel in a two-man with helmsman in front of the Swiss boat. The Swiss Alois Reinhard and Wilhelm Siegenthaler won in two without a helmsman , ahead of Rösingh and Beijnen.

At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924, only three boats competed in twos without a helmsman; in the final on July 17, Rösingh and Beijnen faced the French Maurice Bouton and Georges Piot . After 8: 19.4 minutes, the Dutch crossed the finish line two seconds ahead of the French.
