Wisconsin Public Radio
The Wisconsin Public Radio is a network of 36 public radio stations in the US state of Wisconsin . A total of three WPR programs are produced in seven regional studios. In addition to the main program, the "Ideas Network" (Ideas), the "NPR News and Classical Network" (N&C) and the 24-hour All Classical Network (*) are produced.
Programs
WPR produces two major programs with the Ideas Network and the NPR News and Classic Network . They are broadcast analogue and digital via the stations of the network. In addition, the "All Classical Network" is broadcast on the stations' HD2 channel.
WPR produces the two programs To the Best of Our Knowledge (TTBOOK) and Zorba Paster On Your Health , which are broadcast nationwide on National Public Radio .
history
The first station of the network went on air as early as 1922: WHA of the University of Wisconsin in Madison . The transmitter network has existed since 1948.

The flagship of the "Idea Network" is WHA 970 from Madison and of the "NPR News and Classical Networks" it is WERN in Madison .
