Wolfgang Puck (born July 8, 1949 in Sankt Veit an der Glan ) is an Austrian chef . He lives in the United States and owns more than 70 restaurants there, ranging from fine - dining fast food to gourmet dining. His most famous restaurant is the Spago in Las Vegas .

The latter runs in his program under the name Fine Dining Group .
