Wolfgang Puck
Wolfgang Puck (born July 8, 1949 in Sankt Veit an der Glan ) is an Austrian chef . He lives in the United States and owns more than 70 restaurants there, ranging from fine - dining fast food to gourmet dining. His most famous restaurant is the Spago in Las Vegas .

Puck, who comes from Carinthia and lives in California , owns over 70 restaurants in the USA, ranging from upscale fast food restaurants to cafes and gourmet restaurants . The latter runs in his program under the name Fine Dining Group . The most famous of these are the Spago in Las Vegas , Beverly Hills , Palo Alto and on Maui as well as the Chinois , the Postrio , the Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill and the Trattoria del Lupo - all four also in Las Vegas. Its rest of the restaurants like Wolfgang Puck Express as well as the cafes are spread all over the USA. Several dozen restaurants are operated by franchisees in the United States and Japan under his name . Most of his restaurants offer Wiener Schnitzel and often Carinthian noodles from his homeland.
Puck owns six other restaurants in Tokyo and Yokohama . In total, it employs more than 5,000 people worldwide and has annual sales of around $ 400 million. In episode 13 of the third season of the US series Las Vegas , Wolfgang Puck got a guest role in Casino Montecito, where he runs his restaurant under the name Wolfgang Puck . In the TV series The Simpsons he made a short appearance as a cartoon character in episode 11 of the 13th season, he was also seen as a guest in episode 15 of the 9th season of Frasier . He made other appearances in Who's the Boss? in season 4, episode 9 ( Small Fish ), as well as in the late night show The Jay Leno Show on October 13, 2009. Between 2011 and 2015 he appeared four times as a juror on the US cookery program Hells Kitchen and once as a guest. In 2016, he was also a juror in the American edition of the MasterChef cooking show .
