action

The cook Isabella lives in Brazil. She has motor disorders as she suffers from motion sickness. So she always has to be in control, drive a Vespa herself and always be on top during sex. She meets Toninho Oliveira, who runs a beach restaurant, and marries him. She cooks great and the restaurant is doing very well. Toninho can't stand it that his wife always wants to lie on him during sex and that he sits on the back of the Vespa and cheats on her. Isabella then leaves him and asks the goddess Yemayá to end her love. She moves to live with her childhood friend, transvestite Monica Jones, in San Francisco , where she teaches a cooking class and is then discovered for local television. She is hosting a very successful cooking show with Monica. Toninho goes to San Francisco to get Isabella back. She first flirts with the producer of her show. After the latter has implemented the changes requested by the management of the station, she cancels. Isabella tries to make up with Toninho, but finds that she no longer loves him because of the goddess' curse. She asks the goddess to take the spell off her. But only when they cook together, at Toninho's request, does the goddess realize that the two are meant for each other and she takes the curse back. The two have their love again and return to Brazil together. Monica and Cliff end up as a couple.
