The Zotye T600 World Chinese 8-Ball Masters 2016 was an invitation-only pool billiards tournament that was held from January 5 to 10, 2016 at the Olympic Sports Center in Qinhuangdao , China . The Chinese 8-ball discipline was played , i.e. 8-ball on a 9-foot snooker table .
Defending champion Yang Fan from China won the tournament by beating fellow countryman Liu Chuang 12: 9 in the final . Third place went to Zhang Xipeng . The best German was Ralf Souquet , who came in seventeenth. Gareth Potts , the 2014 winner came in 25th place.
