World Team Challenge 2002

The 1st World Team Challenge 2002 (officially: VELTINS-Biathlon-WTC 02 ) was a biathlon competition that took place on December 28, 2002 in the Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen .

The German duo Michael Greis and Martina Glagow won the premiere of the competition .

Attendees

When the competition was held for the first time, a total of twelve teams from seven nations took part. Germany provided most of the teams with a total of four teams.
