World Team Challenge 2004

The 3rd World Team Challenge 2004 (officially: VELTINS-Biathlon-WTC 04 ) was a biathlon competition that took place on December 28, 2004 in the Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen .

It was won by the Norwegian team Ole Einar Bjørndalen and Liv-Kjersti Eikeland . Bjørndalen successfully defended his win from last year.

Attendees

A total of 12 teams from eight nations took part. Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia were represented for the first time. Most of the teams were provided by the German team with a total of four teams.
