Yves Guéna
Yves Guéna (born July 6, 1922 in Brest , † March 3, 2016 in Paris ) was a French politician .
Life
From 1997 to 2004 he was a member of the Conseil constitutionnel , where he served as its president from 2000 until his resignation. For many years, Guéna was a member of the Dordogne department , Lord Mayor of the city of Périgueux and Minister of Post and Transport.
