Zogelsdorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Burgschleinitz-Kühnring in the Horn district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 63 building areas with 56,101 m² and 23 gardens on 33,887 m² in the cadastral community of Zogelsdorf , in 1989/1990 there were 70 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 95 and in 2009/2010 there were 85 buildings on 189 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 318 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 10 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 314 hectares and 11 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 289 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 11 hectares. The average soil climate number of Zogelsdorf is 47.9 (as of 2010).
