The community association was founded on January 1, 2016 and comprises 13 communities. The administrative headquarters are located in Champigny-sur-Marne .

Historical development

The association of municipalities came into being with effect from January 1, 2016 as part of the creation of this legal form of association of municipalities and its main purpose is to partially decentralize local government in the huge Métropole du Grand Paris . The member municipalities therefore belong to both municipal associations.
