The Čižina (German Cziczina ) is a right tributary of the Opava in the Czech Republic.

course

The Čižina rises northeast of Razová in the Lower Jeseníky on Dlouhý vrch (694 m). Horní Benešov , Luhy, Lichnov and Pocheň are located on their run, which initially leads to the northeast . Here the stream is dammed below the Vartnov castle ruins in the Pocheň reservoir. Its lower course leads past Brumovice to the east, where after 23.5 kilometers the brook flows into the Opava in two arms at Pustý Mlýn on the Polish border opposite Boboluszki .

Shortly before its mouth, the Čižina at the Skrochovice railway station is bridged by the state road I / 57 between Krnov and Opava and the Olomouc – Opava východ railway line.
