(72432) Kimrobinson is an asteroid of the average main belt , which the American US Amateur astronomers Donald P. Pray on 14 February 2001 at the Carbuncle Hill Observatory ( IAU code 912) in Greene Village, Coventry ( Rhode Iceland was discovered).

The asteroid was on 22 February 2016, following the US science fiction - author Kim Stanley Robinson named.
