The 1951/52 season was the 30th season of the 1 ^re série , the highest French ice hockey division . The Chamonix Hockey Club became champions for the 13th time in the club's history .

mode

In the main round, the league was divided into two groups (Paris / Alpes). The first two in each group qualified for the final round, in which the master should be played. Since the final tournament had to be canceled due to heavy snowfall, it was decided to have a final for the championship between one representative from the Paris region and one from the Alpes region. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a defeat.
