The 2010/11 season was the 89th season of Ligue Magnus , the top French ice hockey division . The Dragons de Rouen became champions for the eleventh time in the club's history . The Mont-Blanc HC rose to the second division.

mode

In the main round, the 14 teams played 26 games each. The top twelve teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played, with the top four teams seeded for the playoff quarterfinals. The last two places in the main round faced each other in the relegation, the loser of which was relegated directly to the second division. Each team received two points for a win after regular time and overtime, one point for a defeat after overtime and zero points for a defeat after normal time.
