The Dragons de Rouen (officially Rouen Hockey Elite 76 ) are a French ice hockey club in the city of Rouen in Normandy , which was founded on October 22, 1978 under the name Rouen Hockey Club and has been active in the top French league, the Ligue Magnus , since 1985 is.
