The Dragons de Rouen (officially Rouen Hockey Elite 76 ) are a French ice hockey club in the city of Rouen in Normandy , which was founded on October 22, 1978 under the name Rouen Hockey Club and has been active in the top French league, the Ligue Magnus , since 1985 is. The club was founded on October 22, 1978 under the name Rouen Hockey Club and in the spring of 1985 made it through the championship in the second division Division 1, the leap into the top division, which then operated under the name Nationale 1A .
