90-60-111 is a rap song by the German rapper and singer Shirin David from 2020. It was released as the first single from her second studio album on April 24, 2020. David wrote it together with the German rapper Bozza .

Music and lyrics

90-60-111 is a rap song , the hard with a right-beat with a 808 - bass drum and a bell working and was written in D to 144 beats per minute. The title starts with David's voice, which is pitched down, which is also repeated in the hook and in the outro. David raps the verses hard, the intonations are more aggressive than in Gib Him and ICE . The title 90-60-111 refers to their body measurements. It is an allusion to 90-60-90 , which are often referred to as the "ideal" body measurements for a woman. The third dimension stands for the hip circumference, which is therefore larger for her. The text, which is written in German, contains numerous Anglicisms and mentions of Moder. In addition, she "flexes" in the song and puts herself above others.

The Line I'm not that kind of person , but I am just as one is an allusion to the meme and the saying she's not one . This can be found as a kind of hate comment, insult, criticism or even joke, especially under pictures or videos of some women. Such comments are usually used to poke fun at the other person or make fun of them, although she is not to be understood ironically. The person usually wants to give to understand that the person would not stand out from others and in truth is someone who would present or behave "cheap", "slutty" or particularly revealing in their eyes. Such or similar comments also appeared frequently under videos and pictures of Shirin David. Shirin David's line is to be understood as a kind of answer to those comments and sayings against her. She picks it up and turns it around, saying that she is one of them as well . During this line, the video shows her buttocks and you can see her twerking .

Lines of text against other rappers

There are also some allusions to other artists. In the line I don't lose control through fake friends and money , a diss against the German rapper Shindy and his record label Friends with Money can be heard, as she has been fighting with him since 2019. The line And why does my second album sound like my best-of? plays on the track Julius Caesar by Shindy and the line contained therein. My second album sounds like it's' n Greatest Hits .

Furthermore, her words seem My Ego weighs a ton, I am posting a story (Wouh) - And rappers postpone their album by a week, a reference to the rapper Loredana , whose debut album was released at a similar time as Shirin's album had also postponed it for a week.

Even if the diss against Loredana ultimately came as a surprise for most, there was already a long history between the two opponents. In an interview Loredana previously expressed herself less positively about Shirin David and said, among other things, that she is not going at all and that there will be no song from her that she thinks is good. In addition, she was accused of teasing Shirin David in a live stream, in which she may have made ironic comments about the contents of the box that it was of "extreme quality". Prior to this, Shirin David was criticized by several prominent Youtubers for the quality of her boxing content. Also the line I never undressed for the clicks in the song Labyrinth was interpreted by many fans as a diss against Shirin David, who is known for her revealing appearance, which she denies.

Shindy has not responded to so far. Loredana, on the other hand, responded to the line against her days after the song was published by rapping a few lines with Zuna in a short video that she published on TikTok and in her Instagram story, which are directed against Shirin David. Loredana rapped like this. You'd like to be like me, but that doesn't matter, four number 1 singles call me King Lori, I'm not one of those and I'll never be that . Days later, Shirin announced on Instagram that she entered the German single charts with her single at number 1. She wrote: "First female rapper with two solo number 1 singles". Many fans saw it as a joke against Loredana, who at the time had four No. 1 singles in Germany, three of which are collaborations with a different German rapper each.

Creation and publication

David wrote 90-60-111 together with the German rapper Bozza and not - like all songs on their debut album Supersize - with Chima Ede . The video also includes an audio sample of a future single when she turns up the radio in the car she is sitting in after the first hook. Before she raps the second verse. This part cannot be heard in the original audio, but exclusively in the music video. As in all of her previous music videos, David goes through a few outfit changes and once also wears a blue jogging suit, based on her line Baby-blue tracksuit and a white tank top in the second verse. criticism

She was also criticized for her emphasis on English words in American slang known from rappers like Cardi B or Nicki Minaj , although she was defended by many and it was said that she had what it takes to be a German equivalent of Minaj or To become Cardi B.
