Last year's winner Feliciano López was able to defend the men's singles title in the final against top seeded Richard Gasquet . In the double final, the defending champions Alexander Peya and Bruno Soares lost to the duo around Treat Huey and Dominic Inglot .

In the individual competition, Angelique Kerber, seeded fifth, had to admit defeat to the unseeded Madison Keys in three sets. The final of the doubles competition was won by the pairing of Chan Hao-ching and Chan Yung-jan in a match-break against Martina Hingis and Flavia Pennetta .
