Men's tournament

After Andy Roddick ended his career as a professional tennis player on September 5, 2012, he did not appear at this tournament to defend his title. Feliciano López won the final of the individual competition against Gilles Simon, who was in second place . Alexander Peya and Bruno Soares secured the double title against defending champion Colin Fleming together with Jonathan Marray .

Ladies tournament

In the women's singles, Jelena Wesnina won the final against qualifier Jamie Hampton . She won the tournament without losing a set. In the doubles competition, Nadeschda Petrowa and Katarina Srebotnik secured victory in front of Monica Niculescu and Klára Koukalová .
