AIBA Challenge Matches

The AIBA Challenge Matches were international boxing competitions organized by the Association Internationale de Boxe Amateure (AIBA). The first tournament was held in 1983 in two countries ( USA and Tokyo ), the second took place in 1984 in Los Angeles . No competitions were held from 1985 to 1988. From 1989 to 1994 tournaments were held every year.
