The Orlando ATP tournament (officially Prudential-Bache Securities Classic previously PaineWebber Classic ) is a former American men's tennis tournament that was played on outdoor hard courts in Orlando , Florida . The first edition of the tournament took place in 1985, then still in Fort Myers , which is also in Florida. After two matches, the tournament then moved to Orlando, where it was held until it was closed in 1991; in the 1992 season the tournament then moved to Atlanta . The Prudential-Bache Securities Classic was most recently part of the ATP World Series , the predecessor of the ATP World Tour 250 .

Andre Agassi and Ivan Lendl were able to win the tournament twice each and are therefore the record winners. In doubles, only Scott Davis could win the tournament more than once; he is also the record holder with two tournament victories.

Between 1997 and 2000, another ATP tournament was held in Orlando , the US Men's Clay Court Championships . These were - as the name of the tournament indicates - played on clay and not on hard court like the Prudential-Bache Securities Classic . In 2001 that tournament moved to Houston , Texas .
