action

In the Shenaniganz restaurant, Mitch is trained by waiter Monty and introduced to the workforce. For example, a penis game is played among each other during working hours. All of the employees are more or less insane. One of the few normal people is the dishwasher bishop. Mitch is introduced to his colleagues. There is Naomi, who has been working in this restaurant for clearly too long and who regularly suffers severe attacks of aggression away from the guests. The auxiliaries Nick and T-Dog, neither of them the brightest. The chef Raddimus, who also likes to have sex on the toilet from time to time, and who immediately introduces Mitch to additional details of the penis-pointing game. Furthermore, the lesbian Tyla work as a bartender, the waiter Calvin, who has no self-confidence, and Monty's best friend Dean, who is currently going through a small identity crisis and is intensely concerned about his future. The Shenaniganz is run by Dan, who is after the underage usher Natasha. The waitresses Serena and Amy, who sleeps with Dean, and the cook Floyd complete the team.

On a normal day in the restaurant, Dan makes Dean the offer to become deputy manager. Confused, he asks himself time to think about it, while his colleagues already know about it. After an unfriendly guest complains about the service and the food, the disaster takes its course. In the kitchen, the food is garnished with saliva, flakes and other unsavory ingredients and served to the dissatisfied guest. Another guest gives Dean just a 3% tip, who angrily gives it back to him.

When the restaurant is fully occupied in the evening, some employees are already completely overwhelmed. Monty flirts with underage girls, Naomi is ticking off more and more often, the auxiliaries Nick and T-Dog fill themselves up with whipped cream en masse, and Mitch has to watch dubious training videos.

Dean quits his job after work, and everyone has a party at Monty's home.

criticism

"A highly unsympathetic, very disconcerting attack on 'good taste', in which a self-indulgent comedy world celebrates itself without meaning or understanding.

“Waiters and kitchen cops who have been washed in the water cut steaks into the pan, play raw tricks on each other and urinate the pain in the neck among the valued guests in the fruit salad in this episodically structured, rarely profound, but mostly entertaining comedy moral painting from the wonderful world of fasting Food restaurants. Young stars like Justin Long, Ryan Reynolds and Anna Faris attract customers of the same age, but the show is stolen by the 'Anchorman' sidekick David Koechner as the mean boss. "
