Settlement in Veracruz (Original: El sabor de la venganza ) is an Italian- Spanish spaghetti western from 1963. Directed by Joaquín Luis Romero Marchent , the musical director was the Italian Riz Ortolani . The German-language premiere took place on October 23, 1964.

action

A gang of bandits flees through the desert after a bank robbery. They steal horses on a ranch and shoot the father of three sons, James Walker. The sons Jeff, Chris and Brad later swear to their mother to avenge her death. Jeff has become the sheriff of Veracruz, Brad now runs his father's farm and Chris is a roaming gunslinger. The sons look for the criminals in different ways. Unlike his brothers, Jeff wants the bandits to be tried and tried. Chris shoots one of the bandits at the first opportunity. In Veracruz there is finally a showdown with those responsible Pedro Ramirez, Bedford and Parker.
