The cockpit was in front of the wing and offered the pilot and his co-pilot or additional passenger a glazed windshield and covered cockpit, only the side windows were missing.

The fuselage and tail consisted of a fabric-covered tubular steel construction. The wings were made of wood and also covered with fabric. A passenger cabin for four passengers and a baggage compartment were housed in the fuselage. The two wheels of the chassis had independent suspension and were no longer connected by an axle. A glide spur under the side fins protected from damage. The drive of the prototype one served Wright - J-5 - radial engine . The series machines received a Walter Castor star engine.

A total of eight aircraft were produced. Six machines went to the Czechoslovak airline ČSA and the other two to an industrial company. This made them one of the first business aircraft .
