In 1574 he had a Wendish hymn book written by him printed by Hans Wolrab in Bautzen at his own expense. It is the first book in the Sorbian language. The work contains 120 chorales and psalm songs that he had translated from German into Sorbian. Even the little Catechism Martin Luther is included in the Sorbian language in the book. In 1582 he published a work on plant names , with the Latin and German names and the Sorbian names listed. It is the oldest list of Sorbian plant names.

Moller was also interested in astronomy and astrology and published various works on this. Such a work was published by Wolrab in Bautzen as early as 1572. From 1607 at the latest, Moller lived in Altdöbern, where he died in 1618 at the age of 77.
