Aldo Laghi
Aldo Laghi (born September 12, 1883 in Brisighella , Province of Ravenna , Italy , † January 2, 1942 in Santiago de Chile , Chile ) was a Roman Catholic Archbishop and Vatican diplomat .
Life
Aldo Laghi received the sacrament of ordination for the Archbishopric of Ravenna on December 8, 1912 from the Archbishop of Ravenna , Pasquale Morganti .
On August 28, 1938, Pope Pius XI appointed him . the titular archbishop of Nicaea and ordered him to apostolic nuncio in Chile . The Cardinal Secretary of State Eugenio Cardinal Pacelli donated him episcopal ordination on September 18 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Apostolic Nuncio in Switzerland , Archbishop Filippo Bernardini , and the Auxiliary Bishop in Frascati , Biagio Budelacci .
