Ettore Felici
Ettore Felici (born March 12, 1881 in Segni , Province of Rome , Italy ; † May 9, 1951 ) was a Roman Catholic Archbishop and diplomat of the Holy See . His nephew was Cardinal Angelo Felici .
Life
Ettore Felici received on 20 September 1903, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On November 9, 1927, Pope Pius XI appointed him . the Titular Archbishop of Corinthus and ordered him to apostolic nuncio in Chile . The Apostolic Nuncio in Brazil , Archbishop Benedetto Aloisi Masella , donated him episcopal ordination on December 30 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the auxiliary bishop in Santiago de Chile , Rafael Edwards Salas , and the bishop of Concepción , Gilberto Fuenzalida Guzmán .
On April 20, 1938, Ettore Felici became Apostolic Nuncio in Yugoslavia . Felici was appointed official in the Vatican State Secretariat on January 15, 1946 . Pope Pius XII appointed him on September 2, 1949 as Apostolic Nuncio to Ireland .
