Alien Teacher is a Danish youth - horror film from the year 2007 .
action
One day an alien who comes from a planet that only knows war, but no love, lands on earth to get the love of people and transfer it to their home planet. It lands on Jens Peter Hansen's poultry farm, where it not only takes care of the body of Hansen's wife, but also takes some chickens away. A few days later the Alien appears under the name Ulla Harms as the new substitute teacher for Carl's class, where she is mean and cheeky to all the students. She plans to win an education competition, which will be rewarded with a trip to Paris. Accordingly, it demands top performance and increasingly points out that humans are a special species because they are able to love.
But the students are very skeptical precisely because of Harm's methods and wonder how a teacher can behave so badly towards her students. When they tell their parents about it, they don't believe them. Rather, they have to listen to a lecture by the school psychologist Claus, in which he talks about the wild imaginations of children and says that you don't have to believe them. Meanwhile, Carl uses the distraction to search Ulla's things. He finds several documents that he cannot explain. After Philips father thinks these documents are nonsense, he inaugurates the class, which then locates Ulla's residence and breaks into her. While Ulla comes home, the class searches Ulla's haunted home and discovers a small chicken farm in one of the rooms. When they hide from Ulla, they see how she brutally tears up and eats a chicken with her bare hands.
Of course, the students tell their parents about this, which is why they decided to go to Ulla with their children. Once there, however, they find that she has suddenly made her home pleasantly cozy and is joking around with the rumors that she is a monster. As a result, parents no longer believe their own children. They also cannot understand that the upcoming trip to Paris with Ulla does not cause the children to be happy but rather panic. They fiercely resist the trip with Ulla and have to be dragged into the school bus by force.
But after they are all on the bus, they begin their journey, with the first stopover being the Hansen's chicken farm, where Ulla plans to take the children to their own home planet. During the night after Ulla has prepared the van, all of the students flee by bus. But they don't get very far because they are stopped by Ulla. Ulla travels back in time with them and once again they stop at Hansen's chicken farm, where she immediately locks everyone in the chicken farm and prepares the transport. However, Carl was not there, which is why he can move around freely and grabs Ulla's metal ball and destroys it with the chopper, which also defeats Ulla.
criticism
“The fantasy film, which is held in dark colors, uses set pieces from the horror film in a form suitable for children to tell of the power of love with good actors. This also helps over strokes of fate and shows ways out of the crisis. "
" Nightwatch " director Ole Bornedal set out on the trail of B-Movies , in which memories of Robert Rodriguez '" The Faculty " or " Die Körperfresser Come " are awakened. In doing so, however, he takes a less serious approach and skilfully satirizes the science fiction genre with a wild rollercoaster ride, which you hardly notice that it does not come from Hollywood. Paprika Steen shines in the role of the nasty teacher "from Outer Space", who wants to explore the human soul. Any similarities to real teachers are probably purely coincidental - but definitely intended. "
