Office Linden

The Amt Linden was a historical administrative area in the Kingdom of Hanover and the Prussian Province of Hanover .

history

The Amt Linden was founded in 1852 as part of the abolition of patrimonial jurisdiction and originally comprised the suburbs of Linden and Glocksee, which previously belonged to the Amt Hannover , as well as other communities from the offices of Blumenau and Wennigsen . The official seat was initially Hanover , from 1855 Linden. In 1859 the official parish was enlarged to include more communities from the canceled office of Blumenau. The suburbs of Glocksee and Ohe were separated on January 1, 1870 and incorporated into the city of Hanover. In 1885 the office was canceled and transferred to the district of Linden with the Wennigsen office .
