The Tauche Office, called Tauche / Trebatsch Office until 1994 , was a Brandenburg office formed in 1992 in which eight communities in what was then the Beeskow district (now the Oder-Spree district , Brandenburg ) had merged to form an administrative association. Four other municipalities were assigned to the office by ministerial resolution. The seat of the official administration was in the community Tauche . The Tauche Office was dissolved again in 2003. At the end of 2002 it only had 4134 inhabitants in the last two municipalities belonging to the government.

history

On September 9, 1992, the Minister of the Interior of the State of Brandenburg gave his consent to the formation of the Tauche / Trebatsch office. September 15, 1992 was set as the date of establishment of the office. The approval was limited until September 15, 1994. The office had its seat in the municipality of Tauche and initially consisted of eight municipalities in the former Beeskow district (in the order of the names in the official gazette):

  1. Falkenberg
  2. Giesensdorf
  3. Görsdorf
  4. Kossenblatt
  5. Lindenberg
  6. Rancid
  7. Strain
  8. Dive

The municipalities

  1. Briescht
  2. Mittweide
  3. Trebatsch and
  4. Werder / Spree

were assigned to the Tauche / Trebatsch office in accordance with Section 1, Paragraph 4 of the Office by a ministerial resolution. The Tauche / Trebatsch office had 4,333 inhabitants at the end of 1992. For the 5th / 6th December 1993 the independent city of Eisenhüttenstadt and the districts of Eisenhüttenstadt , Beeskow and Fürstenwalde were merged to form the Oder-Spree district. The time limit for approval was lifted from September 16, 1994. The approval of the lifting of the time limit was connected with the approval to rename the office from Amt Tauche / Trebatsch to Amt Tauche. On December 31, 2001, the communities of Briescht, Falkenberg, Giesendorf, Görsdorf near Beeskow, Kossenblatt, Lindenberg, Mittweide, Ranzig, Tauche, Trebatsch and Werder merged to form the new community of Tauche. On October 26, 2003, the Stremmen community was incorporated into the Tauche community by law. The Tauche office was dissolved and the Tauche community free. The municipality of Stremmen lodged a municipal constitutional complaint with the constitutional court of the state of Brandenburg, which was "partly rejected, the rest rejected".
