Lindenberg is a district of the municipality of Tauche in the Oder-Spree district ( Brandenburg ) and the most populous district of this municipality. Lindenberg is in the center of the Beeskower Platte .
history
The village was first mentioned in 1284. In a register of the diocese of Meißen in 1346 Lindenberg, then still called Landenberg, was listed as a parish in the Beeskow - Storkow rule . In terms of the type of settlement, it is an anger village with an estate and in terms of the ecclesiastical constitution it is a church village.
Lindenberg includes the Lindenberger See with the basic mill , which was dismantled in 1927 and whose area is still inhabited.

Lindenberg is located on the B246 between Storkow and Beeskow about 65 km southeast of Berlin.
The Lindenberg (Mark) station is on the Königs Wusterhausen – Grunow railway line and is served by the 36 Königs Wusterhausen – Frankfurt (Oder) regional train.

- Lindenberg Castle with park . The park was designed by Ludwig Lesser , the first freelance garden architect in Berlin, and is the only manor park in the landscape style that he has preserved.
