The Wusterhausen Office was an office in Brandenburg formed in 1992 , in which fifteen municipalities in what was then the Kyritz district (now the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district , Brandenburg) were combined to form an administrative community. The official seat was in the city of Wusterhausen / Dosse . With the integration of all smaller municipalities belonging to the office into the municipality of Wusterhausen / Dosse, the Wusterhausen office was dissolved on July 1, 2001.

Geographical location

The Wusterhausen office bordered in the north to the offices of Kyritz in the north, Temnitz in the east, Friesack in the Havelland district in the south, Neustadt (Dosse) in the southwest and again Kyritz in the west. Today the official area belongs to the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district.

history

On August 21, 1992, the Minister of the Interior of the State of Brandenburg gave his consent to the formation of the Wusterhausen Office (without the addition Dosse ) with its seat in the city of Wusterhausen / Dosse. August 1, 1992 was set as the date on which the office was established. At the time of its founding, the office comprised 15 communities in what was then the Kyritz district:

  5. Buckwitz
  6. Dessow
  7. Whole
  8. Gartow
  9. Kantow
  10. Lögow
  11. Nackel
  12. Sail net
  13. Trieplatz
  14. Schönberg and
  15. Wusterhausen / Dosse.

On May 1, 1997 Gartow was incorporated into the city of Wusterhausen / Dosse. On December 31, 1997, Bantikow, Blankenberg, Brunn, Ganzer, Kantow, Lögow, Schönberg and Wusterhausen / Dosse merged to form the municipality of Wusterhausen / Dosse. On September 27, 1998, Segeletz was incorporated, and on December 1, 1998 Triplatz finally followed. On July 1, 2001, the last four smaller, officially affiliated communities Barsikow, Bückwitz, Dessow and Nackel were incorporated into the (large) community of Wusterhausen. With this incorporation, the Wusterhausen Office was dissolved with effect from July 1, 2001.

Office Director

The first and only official director was Peter Wollert. He was elected mayor of the municipality of Wusterhausen / Dosse in 2001 after the office was dissolved.
