Coesfeld is the seat of the District Court of Coesfeld , which is responsible for the cities of Billerbeck and Coesfeld as well as for the communities Havixbeck , Nottuln and Rosendahl in the Coesfeld district. Around 91,000 people live in the 465 km² judicial district .
