Pappenheim District Court
The Pappenheim District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1933 and was based in the city of Pappenheim .
On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court in Pappenheim was established, the district of which was congruent with that of the previous district court in Pappenheim and thus the communities of Bieswang , Büttelbronn , Dettenheim , Dietfurt in Middle Franconia , Eßlingen , Geislohe , Göhren , Graben , Grönhart , Haag near Treuchtlingen , Haardt , Langenaltheim , Neudorf , Ochsenhart , Osterdorf , Pappenheim, Rehlingen , Rothenstein , Schambach , Solnhofen , Suffersheim , Treuchtlingen , Übermatzhofen and Zimmer . The higher-level instances were the Eichstätt Regional Court and the Augsburg Higher Regional Court .
With effect from January 1, 1933, the Pappenheim District Court was repealed and its district was assigned to the Weissenburg District Court .
The district court was housed in the former community center, a three-storey gable roof building from 1767 at Graf-Carl-Strasse 3.
