Andžela Brice (also spelled Anžela Brice , nee Mosina ; born March 21, 1970 in Severomorsk , Soviet Union ) is a former Latvian biathlete .

Andžela Brice is married to the well-known Latvian biathlete Ilmārs Bricis , their daughter Anete is also a biathlete and cross-country skier. The housewife made her debut in the Biathlon World Cup in Oberhof in 1995 , where she was 40th of an individual. In the same season she took part in the 1995 Biathlon World Championships in Antholz , where she was 55th in the individual and 29th in the sprint race. A year later she started in Ruhpolding at her next World Championship and was 63rd in the individual and 29th in the sprint. For the third and last time Brice started in Osrblie at the 1997 Biathlon World Championships . The Latvian occupied in individual 36th and was in Sprint 53. had your best World Cup weekend they 1998 in Pokljuka . In the individual, she won World Cup points for the first time in 22nd place and achieved her best result in the World Cup with a 19th place in the sprint. For the first time at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano , Brice did not take part in the biathlon competitions, but in cross-country skiing . She finished 78th in the 5-kilometer classic, 66th in the pursuit and 53rd in the 30-kilometer freestyle. In Salt Lake City , Brice took part four years later as a biathlete in the 2002 Winter Olympics and reached 63rd place in individual, 58th place in sprint and was lapped in the pursuit race.
