Andreas Weische (born August 14, 1964 in Fröndenberg ) is a German painter .

Life

Weische spent his childhood and youth in Menden in the Sauerland . He made his first creative and manual experience in the years from 1971 to 1973 with a goldsmith . After completing his training, he obtained the technical college entrance qualification for design. In 1990 he finished his training as a goldsmith. In the following years he managed a jewelry store in Munich and ran a studio in Haag . Since 1992 he had friendly contacts with Bele Bachem , Fabius von Gugel and Ernst Fuchs in Vienna .

Weische has been working as a freelance painter and goldsmith since 1993. In 1994 he took part in the exhibition Fantastic Art Du fantastique au visionnaire organized by Ernst Fuchs in Venice. In 1998 he designed the title cover for Michael Ende's posthumously published book Der Niemandsgarten .

Weische has been running a studio in Haus Ruhreck in Hagen since 2009 . He is a member of the Association of Visual Artists Hagenring . Occasionally his paintings are offered on auction .
